DEREK ROLAND

Derek is currently on faculty at the famed Steps On Broadway in NYC and Mark Morris Dance Group in Brooklyn,  and has taught regularly at Broadway Dance Center and New Dance Group in NY. He has also taught at Harbour Dance Center in Vancouver, BC, as well as Master Classes across the US and Canada. Other teaching experience includes Marymount Manhattan College, Niagara University, The Broadway Workshop (Camp NYC), Dance Masters Of America, Manhattan Dance Project, Dancers Rock Convention and 5678 Showtime Competition and Convention. Derek's students have appeared on Broadway in such shows as Billy Elliot, Gypsy, White Christmas, 42nd St, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, Mamma Mia, as well as the Radio City Rockettes.

Derek offers private tap lessons, private musical theater dance lessons, and audition coaching, as well as master classes in tap, theater dance, and physical comedy. For rates, contact me
